Dec 10, 2018 · I'm a newbie to this site. I've the latest Carrier Infinity WiFi thermostat SYSTXCCITC01-B installed in March of this year. I'm having trouble with connection to the Myinfinity server. My wifi connection is fine and it works with everything else in the house with the exception of the intermittent connection with the MyInfinity server. Next, check near the indoor unit for a float switch in drain and if you have one lift it to see if we get power to thermostat.
